I made a mistake when I placed my online order, and also arrived within one hour (versus tomorrow at 9am) and Barry not only had more order ready, but when I realized I made a mistake, completely and graciously told me how to reorder it correctly - stopped and took care of me with THE most amazing attitude and positivity. I walked in with a custom print job. I was not able to use the online system for this job. I needed a color proof for a company presentation folder for my client. Raymond & Albert were extremely helpful in taking my file and uploading it to the FedEx prepress program. My job was oversized and far from standard. They worked to make sure I had a proof ready to Express overnight to my client in FL. Thank you, team!

Honestly, I was in a rush and the machines were giving me the blues. I went to the counter and Raymond literally provided the best customer service I've received in a very long time. He, in my opinion, went above and beyond the expected service. He went so far to take the lead in completing what I needed done. Then came in Delayne who assisted him with "something" (I can't remember) and they both deserve to be commended on their services to the customers. I watched Delayne as I was in the store, and she was the same with other customers. You want to know the ironic part, I was coming in from a training I was conducting on customer service for my organization. He exemplified what I was teaching and represented your company well.

I was greeted as soon as I entered the store and Raymond directed me to the site for shipping. This was due to some work being done in the store. He took care of me and answered all of my questions prior to the shipment. I wanted an estimate and he offered me suggestions. I would look for him again on my next visit.

I needed help renewing my passport. Albert was extremely helpful the whole way through the process. I needed a passport photo but was wearing a white shirt so the picture didn’t show my shoulders, he let me borrow a jacket so I didn’t have to go all the way home. Saved me a lot of frustration and double checked all my paperwork was correct.

I have reviewed previously and brought my voucher in to redeem for shipping a package. The voucher was for “printing” and while I was disappointed, Sam helped me out with the box instead. I came in to print a beautiful poster from a vendor on Etsy. I had no idea where to begin and I have called several paper/scrapbook stores looking for large sized card stock -no one could help me or had any suggestions. Not only did this Fed Ex location have the correct large cardstock, but both Delaney and Albert helped me get the link onto my computer so that they could print my poster. I could never have done this without their help and even though they were super busy (I even went first thing in the morning),they multitasked with other customers! I drove to this location which is 30 mins from my house because of their 5star reviews online and I had 3 FedEx locations closer to my house. And I will drive the extra distance to this location every darn time!!!
