Peter has nearly 20 years’ experience of advising clients and helping them achieve their personal and financial goals. He is a keen advocate of continuing professional development for both himself and others. This has led to him achieving the Advanced Diploma in Financial Planning and given the title ‘Chartered Financial Advisor’. As W Wealth’s Financial Planning Director, Peter heads up the investment committee that creates our investment portfolios, oversees the team of financial advisors, and provides financial planning advice.

Although he has the relevant knowledge and experience to advise on a wide range of financial planning matters such as pension (including defined benefit / final salary transfers), investment, tax and estate planning advice. He now works closely with Nick Wheeler, the Chartered Tax Director, in advising high net worth individuals and their families to ensure tax efficiency and lasting legacies.

In his spare time Peter enjoys spending time with his wife Paula and two young sons. If he is not on the golf course, then he will be on the side-line managing his eldest sons football team.

Nick is a Chartered Tax Advisor with more than fifteen years’ experience advising clients. Nick trained at a local accountancy firm and spent many years as a Tax Partner refining his knowledge and experience in the industry. Nick enjoys developing proactively advising his clients on their IHT, CGT and income tax positions and undertaking tax planning and mitigation strategies for the future. As the W Wealth’s Tax Director, Nick looks after his client’s tax affairs often in conjunction with their broader financial planning. Nick especially likes tax planning for business owners and families on a generational basis, often advising multiple generations of the same family unit.

Nick also deals with HMRC enquiries into tax returns, defending clients’ interests and using his deep knowledge of tax legislation to assist clients who are often stressed by the experience of being investigated by HMRC.

Outside of work, Nick is busy running around after his three children and enjoys swimming and taking the family dog, Waffles, for family walks around his local area in Netley Abbey.

Chris has over 15 years’ experience advising clients on all aspects of their financial planning. He has demonstrated his commitment to building up his knowledge and experience by completing the Advanced Diploma in Financial Planning and attaining the Chartered Financial Planner status.

He is involved within our investment committee taking an active role in the design of our investment portfolios to help meet our clients’ objectives.

He advises on a wide range of financial planning matters such as pension, investment, tax and estate planning advice. He has attained the relevant ‘pension transfer specialist’ qualifications allowing him to advise on defined benefit/final salary occupational pension transfers.

He is also a member Resolution and helps advise upon finances in divorce including pension sharing orders.

In his spare time Chris enjoys family time with his wife Corrina and two young children. He has a passion for motorsports and is a keen motorcyclist.

Susan joined the Financial Services profession in 1987 and has worked in a variety of roles. She is a member of the Personal Finance Society (diploma qualified) and has demonstrated her commitment to building on her knowledge and experience by attaining the ‘Pension Transfer Specialist’ qualification which enables her to advise on defined benefit/final salary occupational pension scheme transfers. She is also an Associate member of the Chartered Insurance Institute and has achieved the qualification of Chartered Insurer.

Susan has been advising clients for the last 10 years on a wide range of financial planning matters such as investments, estate planning, pensions and protection.

In her spare time, she enjoys being with her friends and family. She especially loves to travel, attend gym classes, yoga, walking and all things fitness related/outdoors. She also has a passion for cooking and particularly baking.

Elaine has over 35 years’ experience of working in financial services and worked in a range of roles. During that time, she has gained a wealth of experience and technical knowledge.

She moved to an advising role in 2016 and advises clients on all aspects of their financial planning including pensions, retirement planning, investments, estate planning and protection. She is a member of the Personal Finance Society (PFS) and Diploma qualified.

Away from work Elaine enjoys spending time with her family and friends, travel and generally being outdoors walking, cycling and running.

Amanda has worked in the financial services industry for over 25 years, working for both a provider and Independent Financial Advisers. During this time, she has built up a wealth of experience and technical knowledge.

She has been a Paraplanner since 2017 and provides support to our advisers, assisting with research in the advice process and creating our client suitability reports. She is a member of the Personal Finance Society (PFS) and Diploma qualified.

In her free time Amanda enjoys living near the water and being active either running, paddleboarding, walking or cycling with friends and family. She is also a member at her local running club and various activity groups.

Lisa has worked in the financial services industry since 1986: initially with two insurance companies and subsequently for two firms of independent financial advisors, before joining W Wealth Management in 2022. She has gained professional qualifications in the London Chamber of Commerce ‘Private Secretary’s Certificate’ and the Chartered Insurance Institute ‘Financial Planning Certificate’. Having worked in a variety of roles for both providers and financial advisors, Lisa has gained a broad spectrum of knowledge in the industry and currently assists our advisers in all aspects of administration.

In her spare time, Lisa enjoys going for walks in the countryside, and visiting Monkey World Ape Rescue Centre in Dorset and the Hayling Island Donkey Sanctuary (where she adopts an orang-utan and a donkey respectively).
