@adater @comcast The RSN fee when Comcast carried Altitude & ATT was $8. They’ve blacked out Altitude and reduced the fee by $1.25…and they didn’t do that for the first year of the blackout. Now they say this covers all sports networks. Simply not true.

@mrgreen716 Hello! When service isn't acting quite right, the Xfinity My Account app is the place to go. If there is an outage, restoration time will be listed. If there's something else going on with your WiFi, you can restart your devices and troubleshoot, as well.

@adater @comcast Go to @DIRECTV they have their own issues but I get all the sports to stay happy. Yeah they don’t the PAC12 network but that isn’t a big idea because the good games are on Fox and espn.
